| PROBLEMS PLAYING THE VIDEO 1. ACTIVE X problem - Ensure that your Internet Browser Security Setting can accept Active X by setting Security to Medium. Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Set Slider to Medium. Remember to reset to High after watching the video if this is your chosen setting for maximum security to internet threats. 2. INSTALLED WINDOWS XP SP2 UPDATE - You may be blocking Active X. Click the Gold Bar that appears above the web page and and allow ACTIVE X temporarily or permanently for our site.
3. You may not have Macromedia Flash Player Installed. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash and click install now. 4. Your Temporary Internet Files Folder may be set too small. Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Temporary Internet Files Section click Settings > Set display to at least 500 MB (1500MB recommended). You can also increase your security and prevent clogging up your cache by setting temporary internet files to auto delete when you close your browser. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Scroll down to security > Check the option to "Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when Browser is Closed" > Click OK and exit | ||
